Time Talkers provides an exciting, accessible and fun way of teaching history . Our Visits are designed to relate to the history national curriculum which states pupils should have the opportunity to study the reasons why people came to Britain and to learn about the way of life of these peoples of the past . We achieve this by allowing children to see , touch , smell and even wear a wide range of period artefacts and include them in various games and demonstrations .

We find that if the children are given enough time before the visit they can make a period costume to wear during Time Talkers visit . This helps with the atmosphere and adds to the childrens enjoyment , this is a good addition to the school visit .
